Description and specification
EverFlo is manufactured by Philips-Respironics (USA). The device is designed to provide additional oxygen to persons in need of oxygen therapy. The device is not intended to provide life support functions. The device draws concentrated oxygen from the ambient air and supplies it to a patient in need of low-flow oxygen therapy. Oxygen from ambient air is produced by molecular sieve and pressure oscillation absorption technology. In some cases, oxygen therapy can be dangerous; the user should consult a physician before using this device.The physician will determine if additional oxygen is required and will also instruct the use of an oxygen concentrator specifying the flow setting appropriate to the patient's needs.

Oxygen significantly accelerates the oxidation process and should not be placed near heat sources or naked flames. The device is not suitable for use in the presence of flammable anesthetics and air mixtures or oxygen and nitric oxide mixtures. It is forbidden to smoke or place naked flames near the hub while the hub is operating.
